Handmade Vanilla Iced Biscuits Ingredients

Biscuit: Wheat Flour, sugar, golden syrup, butter, free range eggs, fair-trade vanilla Icing: Icing sugar, water.

Fondant: sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil (sustainably sourced), Water, Humectan (glycerine), Emulsifier (mono-and Di-glycerides of Fatty Acids, Stabilisers (Xantham Gum, Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring . Edible Glitter. Colours include E422, E1520, E551, E110, E124, E129, E133, E155, E102, E122, E153, E104, E159, E110, E129, E104, E102 & E124 may have adverse effect on children.

Our kitchen contains nuts and sesame seeds – so our biscuits may also contain traces of these ingredients.

Biscuits are baked daily and will keep for up to a month if stored in an airtight container once received. However, for the best biscuit munching experience, they’re best eaten within one week (it’s highly unlikely they will last that long before they’re devoured though!)

I use an organic fair trade natural vanilla extract to give the biscuits their lovely vanilla flavour.

The single biscuits are approx 100mm.

Biscuits in the regular boxes of 6 or 12 are approx 60mm and 50mm

Mini biscuits are approx 50mm

Wedding favour biscuits are approx 70-80mm

We never include any order paperwork in with the, other than the gift note.

So the recipient will never see the pricing information.

Standard Shipping £2.95; orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and are dispatched within 3 working days (excl. weekends).

Tracked Shipping £4.50; orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked24 and are dispatched within 3 working days (excl. weekends). 98% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.

During Royal Mail Industrial Action, please allow at least one week from your dispatch notification for your order to arrive.

All items will be dispatched to one delivery address. If separate dispatch dates are required there will be an additional P&P cost. We would encourage placing separate orders for ease of order processing.

If you do have a super urgent biscuit occasion, or would like to delay the sending of your biscuits please get in touch ahead of ordering and I’ll do the best I can!
