Packaging
Our biscuits all come carefully wrapped and packaged in a strong but elegant white gift box, protected with glassine paper and cushion pads to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each package can include a hand written gift card with a message of your choice so remember to add details when you order.
If you’re ordering individually wrapped biscuits for an event or a goodie bag they will be delivered in compostable or biodegradable cello bags.
Standard Shipping: £2.95
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and are dispatched within 3 working days (excl. weekends).
Tracked Shipping: £4.50
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked24 and are dispatched within 3 working days (excl. weekends). 98% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally via Royal Mail International Tracked.
For Rep of Ireland, please choose the country from the drop down during the check out.
For other countries, please get in touch to discuss shipping costs ahead of placing your order.
During Royal Mail Industrial Action, please allow at least one week from your dispatch notification for your order to arrive.
All items will be dispatched to one delivery address. If separate dispatch dates are required there will be an additional P&P cost. We would encourage placing separate orders for ease of order processing.

If you do have a super urgent biscuit occasion, or would like to delay the sending of your biscuits please get in touch ahead of ordering and I’ll do the best I can!
